- All cancellations attract a cancellation fee dependent on the date the cancellation was made
- Off Peak Bookings:
- $20 cancellation fee on Cabins & Sites
- Cabin Bookings: Within 14 days of arrival date: refund given only if cabin can be re-booked (minus $20)
- Peak Period Bookings:
- No refunds inside of 30 days unless cabin/site can be rebooked
- $20 cancellation fee on Cabins & Sites even if Cabin/Site rebooked OR Fees equivalent to each day of lost income on original days booked (minus $20)(cleaning fees apply if cabin rebooking does not cover the original booked period)
